I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The behavior of the staff, especially the receptionist, was unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of welcoming patients and helping them, she spoke in a rude and dismissive manner, as if patients were bothering her rather than coming for medical care. Today I came to see a doctor because I have highly blood pressure and the receptionist was very rude, even I was not registered but I asked how register and she said it was a process. Did not care about the patiente health. Beside it was a walking clinic that star at 10 am. I told her but did not do anything to acomódate me.
After 30+ years with the same (tired/grumpy) doctor I switched to this clinic. The two nurse practitioners Kelsey Hamara and Lauren that I have met with so far have provided me with care, patience and knowledge that bi have never experienced before. I also had a lovely female doctor do my annual PAP (can’t remember her name). Each step of the exam, she told me everything she was doing and why!
