Myself and my pharmacy contacted HAN Medway office, my primary care doctor 3 days ago, and prior to Christmas for my medication refill. I suffer from severe ptsd anxiety disorder and panic disorder. My medication was STILL NOT called into my pharmacy as of this morning. I received a call from my pharmacist this morning telling me that the last at the doctor's office was rude to her but basically said if I want or need a refill, I must call it in not them.
