My mom lives in Hot Springs. This visit she got me a pass for a day as I drove up from Denver and I never miss a workout. I’m blown away. Outstanding gym. Great set up. Kind people working out there. I’ll be back here every visit.

I love this little (but not too little ) gym! I've been to Hot Springs a couple of times for extended periods visiting family & they are very accommodating with providing short-term gym access for a reasonable price. As a personal trainer myself, I can easily say the gym has everything you need for any workout. The equipment is clean & well maintained.
