Dr Sandhar and his staff are an integral part of the Clareview Community providing exceptional medical service. Reception and nurses are very pleasant and accomodating. Dr Sandhar is very compassionate and knowledgeable and really listens to your concerns and really gets to know you. Amazing Doctor! Have also met with Dr Sidhu over the years who has also been an important part of our lives. Blesssed to have them as our Doctors.

I recently called Health 1st Medical Clinic to schedule an appointment, and unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was quite disappointing. While I understand that busy clinics can lead to stress, the tone and attitude of the receptionist were noticeably rude. When I asked a few questions to clarify details about the appointment, her responses felt dismissive and unhelpful. *FRONT DESK STAFF* is shockingly rude, dismissive, and act like they’re doing you a favor just by acknowledging you. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour in a medical office. The clinic seriously needs to address this, the experience is ruined the moment you walk in and deal with the staff. Basic manners and proper training are long overdue here. *DOCTOR did not address* the staff’s behavior. Instead of resolving the issue, we were simply told to go somewhere else. we are NEVER going back.
