Awful attitude from receptionists. Our family went to enquire about walk-in/accepting patients and we were just pretty much shoo'ed away. This is not the way to talk to people. Do not recommend this place.
Dr. Sandhar is best doctor in Edmonton. Front desk is also very nice and co-operative. Especially, Aman and Ramneek always try to help. Best clinic.
The doctor at this clinic is excellent, respectful, patient, and truly listens to your concerns. Unfortunately, the *FRONT DESK STAFF* are the complete opposite. They are shockingly rude, dismissive, and act like they’re doing you a favor just by acknowledging you. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour in a medical office. Big time agree with the other reviewers, the front line staff are incredibly rude, all I did was call in and ask if there was room for a walk in and was met with hostility. Really gross behaviours for a medical office.
