Disorganized, do NOT return calls, even when physician calls them to arrange infusion appointments
They used slick marketing of services to market themselves to a group of private practice physicians, promising services they should have known they could not provide. In 2019 it took 6 months to “onboard” causing delays in patient care. During the last 2 years of the pandemic, lack of staffing and electronic interface resulted in billing inaccuracies, and charges for services and goods never provided. Do not go through Healix for anything regarding your health. They do not care about you as a patient whatsoever. I was 8 months pregnant trying to recieve treatment that my doctor approved. They took more than 4 weeks to send my paperwork to my insurance company KNOWING that I had an emergency and my life and the baby's life was at risk.
