The entire staff at the Richmond Heights location is amazing. Ivory is especially helpful and compassionate about scheduling complex cases like mine. Andy and Sam took extra care to make sure the infusion wasn’t painful and they explained everything because I was quite anxious about starting a new treatment protocol. Five stars all around and thank you to Ivory, Andy and Sam for their expertise and caring.

If you need an infusion, check out Healix. I usually go to a hospital infusion center. Healix is way different. Very clean. Amazing staff, including ivory and Sam. Personal service quiet atmosphere .five stars all the way.
The facility is bright and airy. The nurse Jenny is great. I feel very comfortable getting my treatment there. Very professional.
