Lisa at the front desk at the Richmond Heights location was very pleasant when scheduling an infusion for my mother in law! She was great to deal with and very helpful. The location is very accommodating also, with plenty of snacks, friendly staff and the location is very clean and has a nice ambiance! I would definitely recommend Healix to anyone looking to get an infusion!
