Horrendous service. My daughter was struggling and we were offered some sessions by Healios because CAHMS had a 5 year waiting list. My daughter got about 3 or 4 sessions in with a clinician and she opened up to the clinician, which was difficult for her to do. The next session was supposed to go ahead but on the morning I received a phone call from Healios cancelling due to sickness. Little did I know, this was the first in a long line. My daughter was referred via nhs. Received the appointment within 3 months after a long old wait via NHS, had 2 lady’s Rebecca & Joanna both very patient, professional and thorough through out. Especially in my daughters one to one session.
My Daughter had her assessment a couple of months ago, however it has taken me a while to write this review as we needed time to digest the information provided in the report. The clinicians Greg Cigan and Hannah Wilson were amazing, they took time to really gather as much information on my Daughter as possible, they put us at ease so my Daughter was able to open up and feel comfortable doing so.
