Horrible experience...I was rushed through the service and then bombarded to buy more product after I was done. The staff seemed rushed and stressed. The manager/owner was very unfriendly and I would not recommend this place to anyone!
Atmosphere is beautiful but that is to distract you so you don't realize you are getting 15 minutes cut from your massage. The therapist did not seem to be experienced or was rushed through the service. The owner I hear, is a horrible person that only caters to her rich customers. I would not recommend this place...there are better spas in Wichita by far.
Unfriendly management, owner doesn't treat her employees well.
