Love this place it’s helped me a lot and I’m On my way to a healthy life and feeling better and getting my joy back
I scheduled an appointment and arrived for it 15 minutes early. I walk in and there is no receptionist or anyone to talk with or ask questions, just a sign pointing to a kiosk to sign in. After signing in and waiting until 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment I left without speaking to anyone. This was an extremely disappointing experience and it's scary to think that someone could be having a mental health crisis and go there to be met with nothing but a TV playing reruns of The Price Is Right.
The people here are very caring and have been helpful to many in my family. I will highly recommend them.Mrs. Brittany has been a blessing to my son and I. It is so hard to find her level of professionalism in a counselor. Due to my son's condition , I have met many counselors. Never had the opportunity to truly connect and find the person that could meet our needs. I have child, education and some psychology.
