Milene was a fantastic masseuse. I've had significant amounts of hip and back issues - her massage had me feeling refreshed and better than I have in a long time! With her background in PT she even had a couple suggestions of exercises that I can do going forward
10/10 experience. I’ve never felt this good, relaxed, and realigned after a massage before. Milene has a special gift and I can’t wait to book with her again.
Best Sports Therapy Massage in Solana Beach! I got a few sports massages as well as deep tissue massages. Milene has completely fixed my lower back problems. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and was able to apply her physical therapy experience into my unique massage therapy, creating an amazing healing experience. I could not recommend anyone better for relaxation and restorative therapy.
