I have had both massage therapy and acupuncture from Jayde and she is fantastic! One acupuncture session and I can already feel a difference. Jayde walked me through the process and explained each step of the way. I felt like I was in great hands!
Seen Jayde multiple times now and it’s always been excellent. She incredibly professional and skilled, and is amazing at finding and helping soreness and stiffness. Had pain in my wrists, neck and back and after a treatment all have felt significantly better. Her space is calming and comfortable, and the whole experience feels very bespoke to your needs. Looking forward to my next massage! Best way to make an appointment is in advance and through her website.
