Sophia gave the best massage and treatment experiences my mother and I have ever received!!! Her attention to detail is amazing. You can tell this is her passion and she is great at it. The studio vibe is beautiful. Randomly found her online while on vacation and wish we lived there to continue treatments. Infinite stars given.

This was the best massage I ever had. First time doing Ayurvedic massage or Shirodartha. Ms. Sophia provided a wonderful and welcoming environment. In addition to the obvious physical benefits, I felt, and continue to feel, a centered peace. Like a great yoga session. Not only do I plan on working this into my monthly routine, I'm trying to gift this experience to everyone I know. I cannot recommend Sophia enough.
Sophia is personable, approachable, and skilled in her craft. I started seeing her for tension in my hips and shoulders from athletic injuries and work stress. I've been going to her for months and it's made a world of difference for my stress and energy levels as well as reducing my pain through regular massage, cupping, and hot stone massage. I leave each visit super relaxed and it's self-care I genuinely look forward to. Highly recommend her. Booking an appointment is super easy through massage book too!
