This was the best massage I ever had. First time doing Ayurvedic massage or Shirodartha. Ms. Sophia provided a wonderful and welcoming environment. In addition to the obvious physical benefits, I felt, and continue to feel, a centered peace. Like a great yoga session. Not only do I plan on working this into my monthly routine, I'm trying to gift this experience to everyone I know. I cannot recommend Sophia enough.
Sophia is personable, approachable, and skilled in her craft. I started seeing her for tension in my hips and shoulders from athletic injuries and work stress. I've been going to her for months and it's made a world of difference for my stress and energy levels as well as reducing my pain through regular massage, cupping, and hot stone massage. I leave each visit super relaxed and it's self-care I genuinely look forward to. Highly recommend her. Booking an appointment is super easy through massage book too!
My experience with Sophia was excellent! I had an amazing 90 minute massage with sound bowls. It was incredibly relaxing and I feel refreshed and balanced. I appreciate how she asks questions when I arrived to offer a customized experience. I’ll be back!
