I really tried to like this place, and I may try coming back again one day, but after a few months of receiving various treatments by 6 different RMT's I have come to these conclusions Cons: - There has not been one appointment that I have been "greeted" or let in on time or before my appointment time. Susan (Abbey) Nevin is the GOAT! I’ve had massages before, but nothing like this. Susan treated me with such genuine care and attention that I felt completely at ease. The way she moved her hands and arms—it was like a wave rolling across my back. At one point, it felt like someone was playing a grand piano while practicing wing Chun on my shoulders—in the best possible way! Her technique is both powerful and graceful, like art in motion. You don’t just get a massage—you experience it. Absolute legend!
Would have liked to try this place, as the RMT’s and space get good reviews. However, we can not get appointments, as we are not willing to input our credit card info into their online system. A new customer has to be willing to submit personal financial info to strangers, just to get started here. Service providers requiring to hold your credit card info on file, before you even know them, is a big red flag. No thanks, we will go elsewhere.
The environment at Healing Tree is welcoming, professional, and wonderfully soothing. I have been to many RMTs and many clinics in the city over the years.. The practitioners here have distinguished themselves from the group; they are outstanding! The experience at Healing Tree is very well curated, from booking to intake to treatment, to send-off. What a delight!
