Abbey is a fantastic RMT! Kind, knowledgeable and professional. I leave the studio feeling relaxed and lighter. I highly recommend her!
As long as you don't mind walking from the mount pleasant neighbourhood and climbing a flight of stairs up to the studio this place is a lovely little semi-hidden gem. Clean, cozy, and well maintained studio with friendly staff, and same-day bookings typically available mid-week.
Wow. What experience. I had a Cranial-Sacral massage (RMT) with Talia and left feeling like I had experienced something that I couldn't quite put into words. Talia has a gift. I booked my appointment because I have chronic body pain and several injuries that have stunned my nervous system and am looking for treatments that bring my fight or flight response down to a calm regular level. This was amazing and I will be going again.
Rebecca is my go-to therapist, I can’t recommend her enough! Her prenatal massages have been a lifesaver during my pregnancy. She always makes sure that I’m comfortable and supported throughout each treatment. Rebecca’s calming presence, deep knowledge, and genuine care make each session a truly wonderful experience. She truly is the best!
