They are trying to sue us for $100 for when my wife was in the hospital and our parents had our kids. They say they want you to feel better but they will attack you over $100. Very unprofessional.
Update: We left as we never got any updates about the care our kids were receiving, never were informed of office closures, when we asked the kids how therapy was they were very meh about it. When we asked the kids if they're learning anything they said not really. They played games and drew pictures at first and never seemed to move into anything beyond that.
