If you have ever struggled with vertigo it is a crazy feeling! I have been for the past 20+ years and it can go from mild to feeling like you can’t walk. I came to Kris because I was struggling with my vertigo could not even sleep without it waking me up in the middle of the night when I rolled over. Vertigo is mean! I just wanna tell everyone how much I appreciate what Kris has done for me. I was kicked in the face by a horse about 10 years ago and I’ve had very limited movement on the left side of my face because when she kicked me, she crushed over 125 bones on that side and all my nerves from the time I first started going to Chris until now the movement on the left side of my face has greatly increased, and I can actually smile which I have not been able to smile on one side of my face for all that time. Kris @ Healing Touch has helped me so much with my migraines. I was having a migraine everyday that lasted 2-8 hours with at least two a week that kept me in bed all day. I started seeing her in December 2025. I have had 3 migraines that kept me in bed and no more than 5 that lasted 30 minutes - 2 hours. I have a better quality of life thanks to Kris.
