I just wanna tell everyone how much I appreciate what Kris has done for me. I was kicked in the face by a horse about 10 years ago and I’ve had very limited movement on the left side of my face because when she kicked me, she crushed over 125 bones on that side and all my nerves from the time I first started going to Chris until now the movement on the left side of my face has greatly increased, and I can actually smile which I have not been able to smile on one side of my face for all that time. Kris @ Healing Touch has helped me so much with my migraines. I was having a migraine everyday that lasted 2-8 hours with at least two a week that kept me in bed all day. I started seeing her in December 2025. I have had 3 migraines that kept me in bed and no more than 5 that lasted 30 minutes - 2 hours. I have a better quality of life thanks to Kris.

Life changing for the number of migraines I have. I’ve gone from 5-7 level 7-10 a week, to 1-2 a month.
I found healing touch therapy through Facebook. I was really curious about frequency Healing and the other therapies that she has to offer. I came in with a severely sprained ankle - bruised and swollen. And within Three weeks I was back to playing tennis and Pickleball and Golf for my favorite sports.
