Bought a package for my mother in law’s birthday. Worst decision ever! Not only did she have a terrible experience there with the nail tech but the management team has been rude after the fact. They called wanting more money the day after her treatment although no one mentioned it while she was at the facility. Horrible customer service, rude to clients, and charged more than original quote. I called to complain as this was a gift and I was given no help or explanation, only asked to pay extra charges in addition to my original payment. We will not be using this location again and I HIGHLY recommend not using this as a gift unless you want to be very embarrassed.

I have been going to Healing Touch Day Spa for years and have always been pleased with the relaxing massages that I received. My husband enjoyed the brand new Float Pod. The staff is professional and courteous, and I like their new location in Hattiesburg by Kohl's.

I cannot book appointments days in advance...normally I can get in the day I call. Very friendly and professional staff!
