poor service rude staff they never know what they are doing extremely unprofessional and disorganized and be very careful with there billing department as well they called me that i owed them $315 and demanded i paid right in that moment or they will take me to collections but i have proof from my insurance that i always spoke numerous times and stated those claims were paid and i have a new insurance and they tired billing them one claim for $900 and another claim for $300 back tracking to last year when i wasnt even with m... read more
Great clinic, Multi-Specialties in this facility. Love their services and support.
This location has the most unprofessional staff. I originally went to see their pcp back in June 2021 and was advised the self pay visit was $150 and that it included some labs. The doctor was rude and requested unnecessary labs for a simple UTI. But we trusted his judgement and proceeded to do the lab work there. The supervisor Maite came upstairs and instructed the receptionist to charge us an extra $75 for the additional blood work.
