I can't say enough good things about Michael as a therapist. From day one, he created a safe and welcoming space where I felt truly heard and understood. His empathy, patience, and insight have been invaluable on my journey. Michael has a unique ability to listen deeply and ask the right questions that help me see things more clearly. His guidance has been practical, grounded, and truly life changing. He has really made a difference in my life.
Great experience with therapy but I struggled for months to get a hold of anyone when I had billing issues. I left multiple voicemails and never heard back. Eventually, my therapist had to reach out to the admin staff and have them contact me directly. Whoever is doing admin work there is dropping the ball or things are falling through the cracks.
