Very disappointing experience. I understand that missed appointments can affect a business and that the technician may miss out on a turn. However, there should also be some understanding that customers can have legitimate emergencies and unexpected circumstances. What bothered me most was the way the owner handled the situation. I’m really disappointed by how this experience ended, especially because the massage itself was actually good. I booked a 75-minute Thai Combination Massage, which is listed online as $120 cash / $140 credit. The spa was also advertising a promotion for $10 off any service when paying with cash, so I understood the promotional price to be $110.
