Such a great facility anf group of people. My dog Kit has a shoulder issue and they were so wonderful to see us. Everyone is friendly and their dscility is calming and smells good. Plus they use actual color in their rooms which helps to eliminate noise. We are goingnto love it here!
We’ve had a wonderful experience at Healing Tails! The whole team is kind, caring, and attentive. The clinic feels very personal and individualized, and the environment is calm and welcoming. My dog (15 y/o) has multiple disc issues that caused weakness and knuckling in her back legs. I am over the moon with happiness for Chase's recovery from back & shoulder problems thanks to his great team of Dr. Arielle & Alexis. Chase is an 8 yr old Catahoula that competes in agility sports. SCAM ALERT: these people charged me almost 300 dollars for an appointment I needed rescheduled for an emergency because I was 30 min behind an alleged 24 hour cancelled or rescheduled policy I never received ! I spoke with the lady at the desk she literally told me I could forfeit my 100 dollar deposit and I wouldn’t be charged a cancellation fee then after the same day they go in and charge a 195 dollar cancellation fee. Do not even sign up with them honestly
I took my 15 y/o Dachshund here for general physical function optimization and to work on some residual functional issues from IVDD surgery a few years ago. His mobility and strength really improved with his rehabilitation with Alexis and Dr. Ariel. They also taught me how to do his PT at home which we were very consistent with.
