Erin was my Myofascial Release therapist. She was very professional, knowledgeable and very attentive to my concerns. After just one visit I did get some much needed relief from my piriformis pain!!
Erin is amazing. She is so nice to talk to . She has so much info on myofasia release. What to expect , how the body works with trauma and stress. What is releasing. My body felt better the day after. I was beyond stressed , couldn’t release any tension by myself. I definitely needed her. I will continue to keep booking with her. Not only is she a massage therapist but she felt like a talk therapist to me too!
This was my first myofascial release appointment, so I didn’t really have any expectations going in. I was dealing with chronic GI issues and tension in my back and shoulders from being in constant fight-or-flight mode. I walked out of my first session already noticing a difference my body felt more aligned and way less tense. Erin is absolutely amazing at what she does. She takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and fully understand what to expect. Highly recommend, even if you are unsure :)
