This review is on my first microneedling session with Lynda Carter who has been my acupuncturist for 2+ years. Chondra at The Healing Sanctuary RSF is amazing! After months on crutches, I had serious tension in my traps. Her massage work helped release it, and I noticed a big improvement in blood flow and muscle engagement just days after. She’s welcoming, caring, and truly knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend!

Chondra is a wonderful and caring massage therapist. She treats the whole person. Before she begins she takes the time to discuss with you your vulnerable spots and your needs. Chondra checks with you the following day to see how you are feeling. She is a very professional and knowledgeable about how our bodies’ work.
