I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. Having it connected to my doctor’s office is incredibly convenient, but it’s the level of care and kindness that truly sets it apart. The owner is wonderful. She is always warm, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. Awesome pharmacy with extremely hospitable staff!
Ever since I changed pharmacies a few months ago I've been blown away by the competency and genuine care demonstrated by the pharmacist and all staff at Healing Rx Pharmacy. Exceptional!
Incredible level of customer service; hands down the best I've ever experienced with a pharmacy in Canada. I am a new client that joined recently; this was right before I had to leave for a 4-day work trip to Halifax and was in desperate need of refilling my prescription as it ran out a day prior (I was leaving in 2 days). My medication was not in stock but they made arrangements to ship it over to them from a sister pharmacy for the next day (1 day before departure); when that day came the sister pharmacy was unable to ship... read more
The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. They advocate for their patients and work tirelessly so support them. That is only outdone by their compassion and welcoming nature. There is no place my family would rather be cared for than by this staff. A five star rating is not enough nearly enough to do justice to how wonderful they are.
