I spent 6 months on their waitlist to receive EMDR therapy, during which time they pressured me to leave the staff member's waitlist, and then just told me straight up I'd be off their waitlist. Pretty unpleasant experience for someone who was very desperately seeking treatment at that time and sends a pretty rough message.
This is my first time having a therapist for more than 1 year. I am grateful for Healing Roots Therapy and Nasim. I love to visit in person and have grown so much since our first session. Thank you always! I find the place to be really nice, clean, and calming. :)
I have changed my review as Management called me to explain their limitations and cancelled my session. Earlier there were gaps in communication, no issues at all with the Therapist, its just their booking system has flaws. I tried rescheduling the sessions, however, I had challenges with it.
I have been seeing Samantha at Healing Roots virtually for several years now. She has provided such a safe, comfortable and supportive space for me, and I feel like I've seen tremendous improvements in both my personal and professional lives.
