Daniella is terrific. Her office is comfortable. You feel safe & secure in her space. She is a very positive non partial couples therapist. She has the knowledge & tools to help you. She listens. She asks the right questions. Thank you for helping us on our healing ❤️🩹 journey.
Non cooperative policy when an Individual is literally unwell and cannot make it to Therapy session, you are forced to take sessions through video call and phone calls. And if you cancel that session within 48 hours since you are terribly ill they charge you , I mean its absolute rubbish , anyone can fall ill anytime and given the fact at last hour as well but 1 time exception should be there or there should not be any charge, but Healing roots is has charged my $170 just for being ill and was not able to make it. I called to reschedule my first appointment and was extremely disappointed by how I was treated. I was told I was outside the 48-hour cancellation window because it was past the hour of my appointment time—something that was not clearly stated in the email communication. When I explained I had a medical appointment that took priority, the receptionist dismissed my reason and told me it wasn’t valid since it wasn’t an emergency. That was completely inappropriate.
