A lovely spa with a really friendly staff. Cy's massages are the best, and the Thursday night meditation classes are some of the most relaxing I've ever been to.
They have the talent and the know-how. An amazing experience!
This is an amazing wellness spa! They focus on more than selling massages, emphasizing mind-body-spirit wellness. I have had deep tissue, sports and Active Release Technique massages, and all have been amazing. Co-owner Cy Sugita is simply the best massage therapist in Orlando, with Juan Perez a close second. And Clay Wilson is one of only a few Active Release Techinique practitioners in the area - his treatments have fixed years of pain in my back and hips.
