Sara’s hands are magical! She intuits what areas need to be worked on, she has the perfect pressure and her hands are the warmest I’ve encountered. My experience with Sara has always been one of pure relaxation and phenomenal healing which is why she has been my number one massage therapist for over 10 years. I will continue to see her even though I live in Portland.
I have received body work & massage from Sara over the past 15 years for different reasons: Muscular tension, Back/Hip Injury, and Therapeutic. Look no further! Whether you're seeking relaxation or recovering from injury, Sara's skill and intuition will do the trick. She's great at making clients feel comfortable and offers the most healing massage I've ever had. I'd highly recommend her (and have many times) to anyone. You won't be sorry.
I have been a client of Sara Armstrong for several years and I wouldn't think of missing my monthly appointment. Sara is a warm, caring individual who is a very skilled L.M.T. She is an excellent therapeutic practitioner and extremely helpful treating injuries. A deep restorative relaxation massage is also highly recommended and by all means, try the healing essential oil expertise which is also in her repertoire.
I had the honor of working together with Sara for many years at Hawthorne Wellness Center. Her care, skill and intuitive touch is as good as I've experienced given a long history of working with massage therapists in various capacities. My only complaint is I wish she were closer. I'll miss being treated by her! She has my highest recommendation.
