I cannot recommend Dr. Michelle Iona enough. I started seeing her for fertility acupuncture, and from the very first appointment she made me feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. She took the time to truly listen to me, not just about my symptoms, but about my whole experience. Dr Iona is absolutely incredible. She worked with my mom and helped her so much. Beyond the results, Dr. Iona is genuinely one of the most caring practitioners we’ve ever been to. She takes her time, truly listens, and makes you feel comfortable and supported from the moment you walk in. You can tell she really cares about her patients and wants them to feel their best. If you’re looking for an amazing acupuncturist who is both highly skilled and deeply compassionate, I can’t recommend Dr. Iona enough.
I saw Dr. Michelle in her Southampton location. I was stressed to the max and not feeling my best. After consulting with her, she thought FSM would be the best course of action. I am someone who cannot relax. Whatever frequencies she set those machines to I became one with the table. When i arrived at Healing Points in early February I was in terrible pain both lower back and right leg. Dr. Michelle was not deterred and said "i will get you better". Fast forward to early May and I am pain-free! i had frequency specific microcurrent (FSM) treatments with a combination of specific anti-inflammatory pills and lots of hydration. Healing Points and Dr. Michelle gets my 5 star review.
Dr. Iona has helped me achieve goals that I have in regards to my health. With her wealth of knowledge, compassionate care, and skills as an acupuncturist and facilitator of several other healing modalities, I have been heard, acknowledged, and cared for. I would thoroughly recommend her care.
