Let me give a shout out to Julia. I have a high anxiety dog who won't let a groomer clip his nails. I just knew my last resort would be to have him sedated at the Vet. We've been using Healing Paws for years and love every thing about it. Well, today, Julia, the technician said to let her try without sedation. She was wonderful and she got the job done. Now, he didn't like it one bit, but I was so grateful that Julia was able to clip his nails.
They can't be very caring. Although this is not my vet, I called then because I had an emergency with my dog and rather than care enough to see her I was told to go elsewhere. That's not someone who cares for animals in my book.
