This place is a scam. Nothing professional about them. Hope they go out of business or is banned from groupon. They prioritize customers that pay the full amount, but even then have terrible service. Never going here again.

DO NOT COME HERE. I unfortunately didn’t read these other Google reviews prior to purchasing the Groupon and booking. I only read the Groupon reviews which must be all fake. I bought the Groupon and made an appointment one month ago. I confirmed my appointment and let them know it was a Groupon appointment and was told nothing out of ordinary, confirmed my appointment. Very poor customer service. Refused to honor the Groupon I purchased. I was told by them to ask Groupon for a refund and then pay them directly instead. As a potential client, that was a huge red flag so I said no and that I’d go elsewhere. I was then ridiculed through text message where they told me they wouldn’t want me as a client anyway.

DO NOT COME HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU BOUGHT A GROUPON! First of all, when she called this spa, the employees said they no longer accept Groupon pricing. They told her she can wait 3 months for an appointment or pay $30 more to get something within the week. She paid the $30. When she showed up to the spa, the door was locked. Someone finally came and said that 2 of their employees got covid so they are technically closed. They had not notified my mom so she drove all the way there for nothing.
