RecommendedI me with Courtney who was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. She described which muscle groups were tight and how she could help. Follow up phone call the next day to suggest ice then heat on site areas.
Since I work out quite a bit, my muscles and body get very angry with me often. Each time I have been in pain, Stacy has “put me back together.” Recently, I had been battling lower back and hip issues and after what may have seemed like a bit of abuse (lol), I am pain free for the first time in weeks! Thank God - I really don’t know how much longer I could have gone with it. Stacy is incredible and one of the best people ever!
