Seen a chiropractor at home before leaving and it helped but, I could still feel i was stiff. I looked up best massages in Castro Valley as its where I stay when I fly down. All the masseuse are amazing! Not your typical chinese massage with a hit or miss massage. They all know what theyre doing to get the knots out. Easy to work with especially through text and very clean.

I have chronic nerve pain in my shoulder and ribcage. I informed the masseuse of this, and asked if she could concentrate on those particular areas. She dismissed what I said, was more interested in making sure I knew the time limit, she was consistently too hard on my shoulder, and dismissed me every time I told her to stop. I'll never go back there again... which sucks for them, cause I literally live on the next street over. Yall have lost a repeat customer!!!

This place is local standard for me. It’s always the spot. I compare other massages to. I’ve paid for high-end Massage and this place is always better. It doesn’t matter who is your masseuse, they are all properly trained. I can tell that they know what they’re actually doing. It’s not the same repetitive motions, but their strategic switching things up. They also listen, are professional, and are easy to work with. Lastly, the NEW facility is very nice, clean, and calming.
