I had a great experience here. There is a bit of a language and cultural difference, which I think lead to some of the negative reviews. The body work is amazing. They might ask to see your email receipt, if you book online.
Healing Lotus Massage is absolutely incredible! I’ve had many massages over the years, but this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. From the calming atmosphere to the skill and attention to detail, everything was perfect. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely renewed. If you’re looking for a place that truly knows how to deliver an amazing massage, this is it. I can’t recommend Healing Lotus Massage highly enough!
Paid in full online ahead of time, when I arrived they tried to collect payment. I showed them the receipt, and they wouldn’t accept it. Still insisted I pay AGAIN. Walked out, lost money. Terrible business practice.
The owner here literally tries to rob people. Lower your expectations from what you see on their paid google ads and understand that this is a “walk ins welcome” kind of place. If that’s your jam, then the only thing you need to take from my review is do NOT book a massage online. Otherwise, they will try to rob you and make you pay again at the desk, even if you show them the payment charge from your credit card side.
