Paid in full online ahead of time, when I arrived they tried to collect payment. I showed them the receipt, and they wouldn’t accept it. Still insisted I pay AGAIN. Walked out, lost money. Terrible business practice.
The owner here literally tries to rob people. Lower your expectations from what you see on their paid google ads and understand that this is a “walk ins welcome” kind of place. If that’s your jam, then the only thing you need to take from my review is do NOT book a massage online. Otherwise, they will try to rob you and make you pay again at the desk, even if you show them the payment charge from your credit card side. Amazing service!! Addresses all your needs and ensures you feel much. Very peaceful and relaxing environment. Staff is very professional and courteous! I've been many times and will continue to come back.
Would not recommend this place unless you want to be charged multiple times for one visit. I had a visit at the end of April and was charged 3 times for one visit. I tried to explain it to employee and she didn’t understand. Refused to give me money back even though I showed 3 charges on bank account.
If I could leave a zero.. I would. Upon arrival there seemed to be a a language barrier. I was very patient and kind. They did not believe I paid already so I showed them the receipt. I was put in a room that barely had a towel to cover me, and the atmosphere felt very strange. I wanted to leave but I didn’t know how to do that without being rude. So I stayed.
