When choosing a psychologist it can be a bit of a luck of the draw to find the right fit for you. 2 years ago, I got lucky and found Deb. She is my psychologist that's sticking with me through the yucky stuff. I chose Deb because I liked the idea of a home studio rather than sterile office, location, hours of operation and her friendly face. I saw Deb on an infrequent but ongoing basis during one of the toughest times of my life as I was dealing with many issues, past and present. Deb was nurturing, insightful, and intelligent in the way she provided insight and suggested alternate viewpoints and effective tools that I could use in times of struggle. Today I am a much healthier, happier man than I used to be.
