Anne is wonderful. Very calming, easy to talk too and she is very caring. Her sessions are not only hypnotherapy but almost like a talk therapy. She really cares and frequently checks in.
I highly recommend Anne Marie! Her ability to transform one’s outlook and life is incredible. After just a couple of sessions I was able resolve past wounds, lay down feeling less than and stand strong!
Anne has helped me make real progress not just in how I handle challenges, but in how I see myself and my life as a whole. I’ve noticed so much improvement since starting therapy with her, and I’m truly grateful for the positive impact she’s had on my mental health and growth.
