I definitely recommend Felicia Williams & the office staff is great too!
Ehh I see a few bad reviews(years ago) on this business and if you kind of read through them you can see why the NP ms williams may have made the choices she did. Everybody comes to the shrink wanting an exact medication but it doesn't always work like that. I had a shrink at Kaiser who wouldn't give me any kolonopin. I have bad anxiety in crowds that causes me to confront people in order to address whatever I feel uncomfortable with, and a KP would help me out tremendously, but guess what, they didn't give it to me because ... read more
I’d go as half a star. Felicia, is understanding. From my nearly year long psych-patient relationship, I thought she was genuinely trying to help and had my health in mind. I was WRONG. Stay away from this place. They’ll say it’s comforting, understanding. But no, it is a lie. I was placed on clonazepam, 1-2 tabs 2x daily, for 4 months. After waiting on zoom call for nearly 40 minutes I ended the session, and called the front desk. I asked if I can reschedule, since I don’t feel well.
