My massage therapist did an awesome job. She asked me where my pain is and how long have I lived with it. My therapist asked do you want to be treated for the pain? She designed a 12 week treatment plan. She used several massage modalities on me during my massage session. My pain was particularly focused on my ankles and legs. She completely removed the pain to the point I was able to work a full schedule.
It’s awesome! But need to drink plenty water right after massage.
