I’m a 76-year-old man with serious spinal problems. My body has been compensating for so long that I have limited mobility. Jeremy was able to provide a lot of encouraging relief. It was only my first session and I look forward to more work releasing tension, especially my back and shoulders and right leg. He works gently, but very specifically focused to create a realignment, and an ability to stand upright and not do so much leaning forward.
