The most amazing little place!!
Great place to relax, your own room, own space. Takes away coughs, colds etc. It's amazing.
First time visiting the new location and what a treat! Kate gave us a warm welcome and my partner and I spent 45 mins in the sauna. Left feeling super relaxed and slept so well that evening. Thoroughly recommend.
My friend and I had the Bio Hack and the floatation. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back to try the other experiences as well.
Visited Healing Heat today with my partner after a 45 minute both of us felt wonderful. It was my first time going but my partner is a seasoned vet when it comes to visiting Healing Heat.. I love a good sauna or steam room as it always helps with pain in my back and shoulders. This is just like a sauna but a little more gentle with overwhelming heat as it slowly warms you up rather than bake you as soon as you walk in..
