Very unprofessional. Made an appointment for 8pm. Arrived 30 minutes early the building was locked. No one answered the phone. Went straight to voicemail every time. Left a message, I did not receive a call back.
She's such a great person. I couldn't imagine needing anyone elses help in this line of work.
