My worst nightmare!!!! I attempted to contact her several times and I mean SEVERAL times to no avail. She did not provide me with all the information to submit with my claim and I tried to reach her to get the information. My insurance company also attempted to reach her. My claim was submitted back in January and as of today July I still have not heard from her. She was VERY eager to accept my payment but refused to help me to get my claim processed...is that customer service???

My husband & I went to see her for counseling a couple of years ago & she was amazing. She helped my daughter through a difficult year a school last year. Through Mrs. Sanders guidance my daughter was able to stop using drugs & turn her life around. After meeting with Mrs. Sanders not only did my daughter stop using drugs but she decided to not drop out of school. Mrs. Sanders helped her to see her potential. We are now looking forward to my daughters senior year. I highly recommend her.

If it weren't for Johnnie Sanders at healing hearts counseling my marriage would have fallen apart years ago she was able to help us understand one another and help us both threw the grieving process after my mother in law passed away she has helped my family threw many difficult times where most families would fall apart she has given us the tools to come out better and stronger. Thank you Healing Hearts!

Excellent. Jonnie is comfortable to speak with and to be around. Like talking to a friend that listens and and gives you great constructive feedback. It felt like she cheered me on as I made positive changes to overcome my obstacles that first appeared to be impossible to get thru. She is truly gifted and I'm thankful for the changes as a result of her efforts.
