I have suffered from a frozen ankle after injury in 2021. I have seen two orthopedic doctors, did 12 weeks of physical therapy and was told there was nothing more to be done and I would live with the issue forever. I was having pain in my entire lower body (ankle, knees, hips) caused by the frozen ankle. Doctors and PT indicated the issue was arthritis and bone spurs and could not be helped.
