Kim explains everything that she is doing and why, I find it really interesting. She does a great job, you can tell she has been doing it for many years!
Kim and Fiona are by far the best massage therapists I have ever hired. They are problem solvers and always make sure my concerns are addressed and typically solved during that session. I am literally disappointed every time I get a massage anywhere else. I HIGHLY recommend them.
Kim has been my therapist since 2015 and provides excellent services. She is in tune with what your body needs. I appreciate how she uses both hand massage, and the cupping technique, to reach those muscle spots that need deeper work. She incorporates essential oils too, which bring even more benefits to the massage. She works well with your schedule, providing a range of hours available. I always leave feeling better!

Kim at Healing Hands is truly the best massage therapist I have found in the Des Moines area. I would highly recommend her to everyone. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and she understands how much pressure I need to not "hurt" anymore. Kim truly has "healing hands".
