Today I brought my kitten who had a medical emergency. I was very upset and tearful because of nature of the illness. The desk staff were caring, gentle, compassionate. Yes, I did have to pay up front, but I can see why. The vet tech patiently explained everything step by step and liasoned with the doctor who diagnosed kitty with congenital heart and kidney failure. This place is the worst place to ever go. They only care about money and lie to you to get you to pay more. They dont care about your pets. Dont take your babies here if you want them to live. They wanted me to put my dog down and told me she wasn't going to live through the night. Guess what she did and shes just fine. Took her to a real vet and they got her taken care of. You guys suck and are nothing but a money scam!!! If I could give negative stars I would. You guys dont even deserve to have one star rating!

Our dog Brie shared the end of her life with us here. The staff was very accommodating, allowed us to take things at our own pace. Dr. McKayla had amazing bed side manner and was very gentle with us and our pet. They made a very tragic experience as easy as possible, highly recommend their care.
As a long-haul truck driver, finding a vet clinic I can actually get an 18-wheeler near is an invaluable asset. My cat, Teyla, suddenly fell ill with a UTI. I called Healing Hands in a panic, and the receptionist was incredibly kind. She understood my situation and simply said, “Our lot is nearly empty, the other businesses are all closed, you have plenty of space—come on down.” That reassurance alone took a huge weight off me.
