As a long-haul truck driver, finding a vet clinic I can actually get an 18-wheeler near is an invaluable asset. My cat, Teyla, suddenly fell ill with a UTI. I called Healing Hands in a panic, and the receptionist was incredibly kind. She understood my situation and simply said, “Our lot is nearly empty, the other businesses are all closed, you have plenty of space—come on down.” That reassurance alone took a huge weight off me. We really appreciated the help we received from this vet. We arrived about 9 pm and left at 12 am. The staff were prompt despite being extremely busy and kept us informed. Our girl was sedated to insert stitches from a dog bite. We were treated like family. We will definitely go back if we ever need to.
I have used healing hands at least 4-5 times and each experience has been good. I recently had to put my 15 y o dog to sleep. I was very emotional and I was put to ease immediately! I would recommend them to anyone!
3 weeks ago I had to take my little Yorkie in on a Sunday afternoon she had had a stroke where I live no vets where I live they were very kind very helpful considering a stroke the outcome wasn't the best but they were very caring understanding considering all that they did the cost was very reasonable could not have asked for anyone to be more understanding and kind what's the situation we were in highly recommend them if I ever have an emergency where my vet is not there I will always go back
UPDATE: Really disappointing to come back here and to be turned away, and told that “they don’t do exotic pets”. I was made to feel like I was crazy for even bringing him in when (1) I’ve been before and (2) you still list exotic pets as a service on your website.
