Definitely a groupon scam. Do NOT purchase this deal. The website is fake. The phone number is an automated voicemail. The voicemail box is full and cannot receive any recordings. Report to Groupon as such to have them removed.
I should've read the reviews before purchasing the groupon deal. No one answers the phone when I try to schedule an appointment and when I try to schedule one online everything is booked up till AFTER the groupon expires. This is unacceptable and I not be purchasing anything for this company again. Terrible customer service.
I had a good massage from a Groupon. About a year or so later I decided to buy one of the package deals directly. They said I couldn't use it for a few months. I was moving in a few months and wanted something for before that. I couldn't get a refund either.
