Overall I received a great massage. I had Katisha and she was friendly and did an excellent job addressing problem areas around my shoulders, I have no complaints there. The reason for my poor review is related to after the massage. I booked my appointment through their online portal which had their 60 minute massage listed for $100, I was quite surprised after my massage when I was instead charged $120.
