One of the Top 3 massages I ever experienced. Rose was fantastic!
Terrible customer service!! Rose is very unprofessional when dealing with customers and kept talking and interrupting me when I was trying to speak. They could not keep our appointments for couples massages and they canceled numerous times. The last time I tried to go they called day before and changed my appointment time. I have read every review. I have had two massages by two different therapists. I have gotten two gift certificates and one four pack package. Everyone who has posted below three stars needs to realize and understand that this is like any other new business trying to succeed and there are obstacles in business that happen. I don't even know where to start. My experience has been horrifying and I haven't even been in for a massage there yet! I would rather waste my money than deal with the pea sized brains they have working at Healing Hands Massage & Spa, Champlin! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! A quick review search and you will see this is a common occurrence! I do not expect this company to be in business much longer!!!!! Off to Massage Envy I go!!!!
