We did a couples massage and had an amazing experience! The staff was wonderful! I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area!
I wish I could say something positive as I’m sure their services are fantastic but customer service and communication is severely lacking. I booked an appointment but I never got a confirmation. I called multiple times only to get an automated text that they were busy and to leave a message - I was never able to get through to a voicemail to leave a message and I never got a text response other than the automated one. Overpriced for service offered. Time was cut since the count was started from the appointment time not when she actually started, so about 10 minutes less, kept asking about add ons if I want to add any more even after few times I told her I already added what I wanted online, used only 3 techniques the entire hour and half one of which was just up and down rubbing. Eric was absolutely amazing. It’s hard to find places that use really firm pressure - Healing Hands was the perfect way to en a quick vacation to Clearwater Beach. Would definitely recommend and will be back!
