They were fine up until when I truly needed help. I’ve had years of ongoing symptoms, wanted to discuss some new symptoms and also get updated workplace medical accommodations for me. They flat out refused. It’s a shame, they were a good place. I will have to find another place, even though that’s hard to find someone who cares. I’ve been crying for the last 20 minutes.

This seemed to be a good alternative to big pharma medicine but I was mistaken. The issues that I went for were not addressed by the staff and the billing process is even worse. The first thing that was done was to prescribe pills and refer to other doctors before any results of the tests were available. This is NOT the service that I was expected to receive
