I have had the worst experience at this practice. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. The front desk ladies are super quick to put you on hold and then either forget about you or hang up on you. I saw Lynda Miller and my experience with her was extremely disappointing. She seemed impatient and dismissive of my concerns and didn't seemed concerned about my health. When my doctor moved, I was stressed. I don't like doctors. I thought it was going to take a long time to find a new one. But I got lucky.
I have been on the same medication and dose with this practice for many months now getting it filled at the same pharmacy. After my most recent visit they sent it to another pharmacy that does not carry the prescription in question. I have been trying to contact someone at this practice to get it changed for three days now however they are ignoring both communications from me and my pharmacy. If they had a problem with something or felt discomfort filling my prescription I would expect some communication.

Never have I dealt with someone as rude, unsympathetic, and unprofessional as Tabitha. It was clear she had no interest in trying to help. She made zero effort to connect or create a safe environment and, instead, came across as judgmental and cold. It was a very upsetting experience for someone seeking help to deal with grief.
