I love this place, everyone there is so nice and Dr Cynthia Burnett is by far the best vet I have had in many years. I was getting so tired of the cash register establishments in town and while I was taking a ride in the countryside I found this place. She truly knows all animals, and has vast knowledge of all aspects of good animal husbandry. Additionally she has the straight up common sense you see on a TV show like Dr Pol. I absolutely love this Vet and her team! They have taken such good care of my animals and gone above and beyond to make sure we understand what our animals need. Absolutely recommend them to anyone that cares about their fur babies!
Very thankful that they worked me in last week for my pet rat due to him getting a really bad upper respiratory infection and no other vets in Wilmington saw pet rats at all also whenever I got him from petco when my other rat that passed away before I could get him to the vet had it and passed it to him. Ford is feeling, looking and acting much better.
I love this vet office! The staff here is always so helpful and friendly! Dr. Burnett is the best! She is very knowledgeable and informative with any situation! I will always bring my animals to her!
Recently carried my little dog in with a swollen ear, initially I thought he had been stung by a bee but the staff immediately diagnosed him with a hematoma that needed surgery for a broken blood vessel. They took very good care of him throughout the day and he is well on the way to recovery. Thank you for your knowledgeable staff and willingness to help us the same day. Definitely would recommend Healing Hands
