We moved all the way to Rocky Mount. I’m so saddened to be so far away from this amazing doctor & her staff who has saved the life of my dog.
I took my dog in there because he was in excruciating pain..he had a broken shoulder all I asked was that he not be in pain. I paid 200 for blood work so they could give him pain medication. The first thing the vet asked me was how much I was willing to spend. Almost 600 dollars. Later they didn't even put a splint on his leg or anything. I had to help get him out of the car even though there was plenty of staff to help. The vet tech ,lady with long dark hair pulled on his broke leg trying to get him out. Terrible, rude incompetent Vet. Please avoid Cindy Burnett very rude and unprofessional.
We have been using Dr Burnett for many many years. She and her staff have been with us from the beginning to the end of many of our pets lives. The knowledge and love for all creatures is evident when you see who all comes in to the clinic. We have had emergency situations that were taken care of that lasted for months- never gave up and wonderful success. And I will never forget Dr Burnett closing one of her exam rooms for days so I could be with one of our dogs all day while she fought for his life. And taking him home wit... read more
