I had my first appointment here yesterday and honestly it exceeded expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and comfortable, not awkward or rushed like some salons can be. Via, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she actually listened to what I wanted instead of just doing her own thing. I had such an amazing experience at Healing Hands Dominican Shop today hands down one of the best salon visits I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable, but meeting Via, the owner, is what truly made the experience special.
